Sustainability Policy

At Hoteles Trinidad S.L. (AC Hotel Som Barcelona) we have a serious commitment with
environmental management. For this reason, we have implemented a series of measures within
the activities of our centers, which contribute in an effective way to minimize the impact that we
generate over our natural environment, such as waste production or energy consumption,
by promoting responsible tourism and participating in the maintenance of local
culture and economy.

Objectives: By implementing this policy, at Invisa Hoteles, we aim to significantly reduce our
environmental and social impact, improving our reputation and competitiveness in the market by
demonstrating a firm commitment to sustainability.
Commitments:
- Comply with sustainability legislation and other requirements subscribed by the organization.
- Care for the environment and preserve natural and cultural resources.
- Engage with the local community through hiring local staff, collaborating with local
associations, being members and/or affiliates of different organizations and federations of the local Horeca sector.
- Promote the natural and cultural heritage of the local area, by promoting all types of places of interest, cultural traditions, local cuisine and local crafts.
- Work with local suppliers to reduce pollution caused by transport, while
adding value to the local economy. This reduces the negative impact and enhances the
positive impact derived from our purchases.
- Promote sustainable mobility.
- Responsibility towards our employees, respecting and establishing measures to ensure
safe work and respecting their rights at all times.
- Facilitate training and information of those who work for, by and with our
organization.
- Responsibility in the production of waste and its proper subsequent treatment.
- Control water, gas and electricity consumption by involving and raising awareness among our clients and staff with the aim of reducing their consumption.

In order to ensure the implementation and maintenance of the environmental system, the
management of Invisa Hoteles will assign all the human and material resources necessary to
establish and review the objectives and goals in accordance with the commitment to continuous
improvement.

RECOVERY, TRANSFORMATION AND RESILIENCE PLAN

Invisa Hotel Es Pla and Invisa Hotel Ereso join the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds. This project includes the incentive program linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector.
