We are looking for a chambermaid, a professional with cleaning knowledge to collaborate with the housekeeper and guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.


Responsabilities:
- Maintain a record and inform the manager of the rooms already destined for occupancy after having been correctly prepared and those that have not yet been prepared according to the protocol.
- Protocol meetings to keep the superior in charge informed.
- Customer Support. Have the necessary tools and skills to facilitate possible help to clients.
- Informative conversations with the superior about any incident or news that may have occurred.
- Assembly of the cart and preparation of the necessary material for the development of its functions: Activities aimed at carrying out a correct cleaning task after the fact.
- Adequate management of cleaning material for replacement or disposal.
- Cleaning noble areas; hall, lounges, showers and toilets, corridors, stairs... All that activity established for the correct care of the common areas.
- Carry out the relevant tasks to preserve the rooms according to the protocol for their later occupation.
- Provide clients with special requests (Coffee maker in the room, iron, more towels...)


Requirements:
- No type of experience is required.
- Knowledge of hospitality, cleaning services. Quality and health in hospitality.
- Capacity for organization and teamwork.
- Knowledge of the English language will be valued.
- Stress tolerance and dynamism.
- Availability to work full time in Es Figueral area.
