Invisa Hotels’s General booking terms

Accommodation in Ibiza, Madrid and Barcelona


Making a booking through the web page involves the express acceptance on the part of the customer of every general condition, which are considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force.

When a booking is made, depending on the selected rate, a deposit payment will be made, always within a secure environment through a virtual POS. The reservation will not be considered firm until payment is made. Another option is that the client has to leave a credit card as a guarantee, in which no charge will be made. The amount pending payment must be made at the beginning of the service provision, otherwise the reservation will be considered as canceled, according to the conditions detailed in the cancellations section. The client will receive the details of their reservation by email along with a reference number.

The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, no matter what the origin of the customer or the establishment selected.

When making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking.

Once you have selected the Hotel and after obtaining availability, you will only have to follow 5 simple steps:

Step 1. Bookings and availability

Select a destination or hotel, number of nights, arrival and departure dates and number of passengers – adults and children (Children between 2 and 14 years old inclusive)

Step 2. Combination

Select the combination of rate and room that best suits your needs (flexible, semi-flexible ..., double, single ...).

Step 3. Plan board.

Chose the board you prefer (half board, full board ...)

Step 4. Personal details for the booking

Complete the necessary information to register as a user of the Invisa Hotels reservation system.

Enter your credit card details to be able to make the deposit payment or as a guarantee of the same in order to confirm your reservation. This information will be directed to a secure payment gateway of our Banking entity.

ATTENTION: The holder of the credit card used to make the reservation must be one of the guests. Will be required to show the actual credit card at the check in. If the reservation and the credit card holders are not the same, we can request you to pay the full amount of your reservation at your arrival.

Step 5. Booking confirmation

Fill in the details required to register as user of the Invisa Hoteles booking system.

You will receive confirmation of your booking and a “booking number” will appear on screen, you will also receive an email message.

You can print a receipt with the details of your booking and can print or save the general booking conditions

When does the reservation have to be paid?

Depending on the rate selected in each booking. The client will have to pay the total amount once they get to the hotel or will have to pay the pending amount.

Via Internet for the amount indicated in your selection. This payment is made with all the security measures existing today, through the Virtual Point of Sale Terminal (POS). The system will send a voucher to your e-mail that will indicate the details of your reservation, the deposit made, and the amount you must pay upon arrival at the accommodation.

When will the deposit be charged against the credit card?

This depends on the country in question. It may take up to 5 days for the charge to be reflected on your credit card account.

Arrival & departure from the accommodation

According to international practice, the hotel room will be available from midday on the day of arrival. However in some hotels, the rooms are not vacated until midday, in which case they will need to be cleaned, and may not therefore be available until 14.00h. Please bear this in mind, should you plan to arrive before midday. INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION: The services listed according to the accommodation details selected at the time of booking, Spanish VAT (IVA) included. The sustainable tourist tax is not included.

You will also be expected to vacate your room at midday on departure day. This is particularly important to note if you have a late night flight, and you intend leaving the accommodation during the evening, or after midnight. If you arrive at the accommodation in the early hours of the morning and occupy your room straight away, this counts as your first night. On departure day however, you may have to wait a long period before leaving for the airport. Most hotels and apartments will allow you to keep on your room after midday, paying the corresponding supplement, but this will only be possible when rooms are available. In the event that it is not possible to keep on your room, there are usually facilities available for luggage storage until your departure, and a room where you may shower and change, however we suggest you check at the reception desk when you arrive.

Alternatively, you may of course book an extra night’s accommodation, which will allow you to use your room right up until your departure.

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the rate selected:
- Pay Now rate, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation at the time it is made. Non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
- Semi-Flexible Rate, if you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not make any charges. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
- Flexible Rate, if you cancel or modify the reservation up to 24 hours before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED EITHER BY E-MAIL OR BY FAX. By E-MAIL to the following address or by FAX to the following number: 0034 971 31 11 95, stating your reservation reference number, which is supplied in the e-mail reservation confirmation. In order to be valid, the cancellation will require a written confirmation from us, either by e-mail or fax.
