What will be your responsibilities?

- Provide customers with special requests (Coffee maker in the room, iron, more towels...).

Requirements:

- No experience is required.
- Knowledge of hospitality, cleaning services. Quality and health in catering.
- Ability to organise and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of English would be an asset.
- Stress tolerance and dynamism.
- Availability to work full time in the area of Sant Antoni de Portmnay and Santa Eulalia del riu.

- Montaje de carro y preparación del material necesario para el desarrollo de sus funciones: Actividades destinadas a desempeñar una correcta labor de limpieza a posteriori.
- Gestión adecuada del material de limpieza para su reemplazo o desecho.
- Limpieza zonas nobles; hall, salones, duchas y aseos, pasillos, escaleras… Toda aquella actividad establecida para el correcto cuidado de las zonas comunes.
- Llevar a cabo las labores pertinentes para preservar las habitaciones según el protocolo para su posterior ocupación.
- Proporcionar a los clientes peticiones especiales (Cafetera en la habitación, plancha, más toallas…)

Requisitos:

- 1 año de experiencia previa.
- Conocimientos de hostelería, servicios de limpieza. Calidad y sanidad en hostelería.
- Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.
- Tolerancia al estrés y dinamismo.
