We are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, to carry out a variety of specific maintenance tasks and ensure that all public areas, along with guest rooms and other areas of the hotel, are impeccably maintained and presented.
Mission:
Ensure the operation, correct repair, maintenance and conservation of all the hotel's facilities, infrastructure and materials.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Know the different materials and their location in the corresponding work units.
- Correctly use personal protective equipment, as well as collective protections.
- Maintenance of door openings, windows, trench slopes, formwork, placement of battens and plumb sights.
- Maintenance of vaults, exposed faces, rebar, formwork, troweling of concrete, mortar, floor coverings, plaster and any cladding.
- Execute the work with the greatest use of materials, under the guidelines of the maintenance manager, carry out the relevant maintenance or renovations for which they are responsible for managing and distributing the material in an optimal manner.
- Measurement of work done. Attach a report of the work carried out and in progress to the maintenance manager.
- Maintenance and chlorination of all hotel pools.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the position.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance, legionella, CMMS, introduction to POS...
- Training in quality control in hospitality.
- Capacity for organization and teamwork.
- English language.
- Knowledge of other languages ​​will be valued.
- Availability to work full time in the Sant Antoni area.
