Mission:
To carry out the cleaning and set-up of the rooms in all their possible dependencies, as well as the common areas, taking care of the good condition of facilities and furniture through the established procedures and techniques to offer a service according to the quality standards of the hotel.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Keeping a register and informing the manager of the rooms that have been properly prepared for occupancy and those that have not yet been prepared according to protocol.
- Protocol meetings to keep the superior in charge informed.
- Customer service. Having the necessary tools and skills to provide as much help as possible to customers.
- Informative conversations with the superior of any incident or novelty that may have occurred.
- Assembling the trolley and preparing the necessary material for the development of their functions: Activities aimed at carrying out the correct cleaning work afterwards.
- Proper management of cleaning material for replacement or disposal.
- Cleaning of common areas; hall, lounges, showers and toilets, corridors, stairs... Any activity established for the correct care of common areas.
- Carrying out the relevant tasks to preserve the rooms according to the protocol for their subsequent occupation.
- Provide customers with special requests (Coffee maker in the room, iron, more towels...).
Requirements:
- No experience is required.
- Knowledge of hospitality, cleaning services. Quality and health in catering.
- Ability to organise and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of English would be an asset.
- Stress tolerance and dynamism.
- Availability to work full time in the area of Sant Antoni de Portmnay and Santa Eulalia del riu.
