We are looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE, a professional with excellent food knowledge to coordinate the kitchen department (hot) and guarantee the satisfaction of the hotel staff and the client.

Responsabilities:
- Control and preparation of hot foods and accessories according to the hot menu of the day.
- Control and preparation of trays to take out to the hot buffet.
- Control and preparation of hot replacement.
- Inform the head chef of any anomaly in the operation of the machinery.
- Control of the sanitary measures of the game.
- Complete the records assigned to you.
- Customer Support.

Requirements:
- Experience of at least 4 years in the position within the hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of hospitality, kitchen and restaurant services. Quality and health in hospitality.
- Capacity for organization and teamwork.
- Knowledge of the English language will be valued.
- Stress tolerance and dynamism.

Discontinuous fixed contract is offered. Full time job.
