What we expect from you:
High organizational capacity. Prepare and cook the dishes of the gastronomic offer in the scheduled time. Mice control in place. Knowledge of the HACCP system. Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. Comply with regulations related to waste management at facilities. Order management, quality control, quantity and correct storage. Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Requirements:
- Residence: Barcelona Province
- Training in Cooking and/or Restoration School. User-level knowledge of English and computing. Food and allergen handler certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant and hotel
- Rotating schedule availability from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Communication, initiative, customer orientation and teamwork.
