Music events and concerts in Ibiza 2025: something for every taste

Ibiza is world-famous for its nightlife and legendary clubs — but in 2025, the island’s music scene offers so much more than dancefloors. From open-air concerts to jazz, flamenco and experimental sounds, Ibiza’s live music calendar is more diverse than ever.

This year’s highlights include free festivals, outdoor performances, multicultural gatherings, and unique experiences combining local traditions with international acts. If you’re visiting in 2025, don’t limit yourself to superclubs — there’s a whole island of music to explore.

Free festivals and open-air concerts

Sol Post a s’Oli Fest, held at the Caló de s’Oli Auditorium in Sant Josep, returns with free concerts every Saturday from July through September. Expect a mix of local talent, national artists and international guests, alongside food trucks, artisan markets and stunning sea views.

In the same venue, Rock Island Festival kicks off in April, featuring Americana, folk rock and Ibizan bands, plus a vinyl fair and open-air food stalls. For something more playful, check out La Verbenita Club, an open-air party with modern vibes and non-stop beats at Sa Punta des Molí.

Nits Amples d’Estiu lights up Sunday nights from July to mid-August with free live music by the church of Sant Antoni Abad. Expect flamenco, jazz, blues and global music in an intimate, seaside setting full of soul and local charm.

Major summer highlights in Ibiza

A must-attend event this year is the Ibiza Global Festival, held on s’Arenal beach in Sant Antoni during the second weekend of August. This free festival brings together top underground, house and tech-house DJs from the local and international scene, all set against the backdrop of the Mediterranean.

Also in August, Brisa Flamenca Festival brings the magic of flamenco to Sa Punta des Molí, with sunset performances by both traditional and fusion artists — completely free.

Meanwhile, BBC Radio 1 Dance Weekend returns to San Antonio with exclusive live broadcasts, surprise sets and top-tier electronic artists, making it one of the summer’s most innovative experiences.

Alternative, neoclassical and indie sounds

Ibiza is also opening its doors to less mainstream genres. In late July, the island will host the first edition of the Suau Festival at the Ibiza Conference Centre. Expect ambient and neoclassical acts like Federico Albanese, Evgeny Grinko and Niklas Paschburg, in an immersive, intimate setting.

The SDL Ibiza Festival, held between late May and early June, transforms the Ibiza port and La Marina district into a vibrant city stage. The lineup blends indie, alt and fusion music with street art, food markets and local crafts.

New this year, SDL is launching a special edition at the abandoned quarry of Sa Pedrera (aka The Rocky Desert), dedicated to alternative electronic music. Dates to be confirmed between June and September.

Jazz in the old town and international showcases

Jazz takes center stage each year in Ibiza’s historic heart. The Eivissa Jazz Festival, held in Dalt Vila, brings top artists in traditional, modern and experimental jazz to one of the island’s most atmospheric venues. With panoramic views and top-tier musicianship, it’s a favorite among jazz lovers.

Also not to be missed: Jazz Point Ibiza, an international jazz festival held each October, with performances across some of Ibiza’s most iconic venues.

Sonorama Goes to Ibiza: music with identity

The iconic Sonorama Ribera Festival now has an Ibiza edition. Sonorama Goes to Ibiza will take place in Cala de Bou during the first weekend of October. The Caló de s’Oli Auditorium and Venice Bay in Sant Antoni will host over 20 national and international indie bands, with live music, wine tastings, food stalls and cultural activities over several days.

Superclubs and DJ residencies in Ibiza 2025

The Ibiza 2025 club season is packed with heavyweight names and must-see residencies. Among the most anticipated is the return of Calvin Harris at Ushuaïa Ibiza, with two shows every week: Tuesdays and Fridays, for a total of 25 dates including a massive closing party on September 12.

At Hï Ibiza, the legendary Black Coffee returns on Saturdays at The Theatre, delivering his signature house sound with African influences from May to October. On Tuesday nights, it’s all about The Martinez Brothers, back with their hugely popular residency — a staple of Ibiza’s underground scene.

Thursdays belong to FISHER, who heads up UNVRS, one of the island’s most explosive tech-house parties. Known for its high-energy crowd and electric atmosphere, this will be one of the hottest nights of the summer.

Tips to enjoy Ibiza’s nightlife to the fullest

To make the most of the Ibiza music scene, it's best to plan ahead. Tickets for the biggest parties — like Calvin Harris, Black Coffee and FISHER — often sell out quickly. Book in advance to secure your spot.

Also, pace yourself. Rest well, stay hydrated, and give yourself downtime between big nights. Ibiza offers a wide range of experiences, so balance your superclub nights with sunset concerts, relaxed afternoons at beach clubs or free live music in town.

For seamless days and nights, stay with Invisa Hotels. With strategic locations and full comfort, our hotels are the perfect base for enjoying the best of Ibiza’s concerts, festivals and sunset vibes — at your own pace.
