General booking terms


Making a booking through the web page involves the express acceptance on the part of the customer of each and every general condition, which are considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force. 


When a booking is made, it is done by making a secure credit card payment or bank transfer of a deposit, whose amount is indicated on the corresponding payment page. A booking is not considered firm until this deposit has been paid. The rest of the payment must be made at the beginning of the provision of the service, otherwise the booking is considered to be cancelled according to the conditions detailed in the cancellation section. Customers will receive details of their bookings by e-mail, together with an identification number (reference), all associated information, the conditions and refund policy. 
The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, no matter what the origin of the customer or the establishment selected. 


The services detailed according to the booking conditions stipulated for each tourist establishment selected at the time of making the booking. Including V.A.T. 


On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking. 

The security of your credit card is our prime concern uses the latest system of on-line transactions: the virtual Point-of-Sale (POS). All communications, accommodation reservations and payment transactions are made within a totally secure environment. Your accommodation reservation will be given the highest level of protection. 
Your credit card details only go to your bank, and to no one else.

Having requested your booking you have 3 days to make a bank transfer of the first night cost, indicating your booking number, hotel, name and arrival date, forwarding a copy of the bank slip to fax number +34 971 31 11 95, or by email to Should you fail to do this, your booking will be cancelled.

In just 5 easy steps you can make your reservation when you want, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.  Once you have selected the Hotel and found availability, you just have to take 6 steps:

Step 1. Bookings and availability

Select a destination or hotel, number of nights, arrival and departure dates and number of passengers – adults and children (Children between 2 and 11 years old inclusive)

Step 2. Combination

Select the combination closest to your needs (twin room, single, apartment ...)

Step 3. Plan board.

Chose the board you prefer (half board, full board .....)

Step 4.  Personal details for the booking

You will be offered various ways to formalize your booking:  payment by credit card or payment by bank transfer.

Put in your credit card details to make the payment of the deposit required to confirm your booking.  You will be directed to our bank’s safe payment platform.

ATTENTION:  The holder of the credit card used to make the reservation must be one of the guests. Will be required to show the actual credit card at the check in. If the reservation and the credit card holders are not the same, we can request you to pay the full amount of your reservation at your arrival.

Step 5. Booking confirmation

Fill in the details required to register as user of the Invisa Hoteles booking system.

You will receive confirmation of your booking and a “booking number” will appear on screen, you will also receive an email message.

 You can print a receipt with the details of your booking and can print or save the general booking conditions.

When does the reservation have to be paid? 

On arrival at the hotel or apartments. 
Via Internet, will request a deposit. The minimum requested always covers one night’s stay. This transaction will be made in the most secure and safe conditions possible, via a virtual POS. The system will forward you by e-mail an accommodation voucher, indicating your reservation details, the deposit paid, and the outstanding balance to be settled on arrival at your accommodation.

All the year, the deposit minimum it will be the first night. 

When will the deposit be charged against the credit card? 

This depends on the country in question. It may take up to 5 days for the charge to be reflected on your credit card account. 
The transaction will be made in EUROS, regardless of the client’s country of origin or accommodation selected. 

Arrival & departure from the accommodation

According to international practice, the hotel room or apartment will be available from midday on the day of arrival. However in some hotels and apartments, the rooms are not vacated until midday, in which case they will need to be cleaned, and may not therefore be available until 14.00h. Please bear this in mind, should you plan to arrive before midday. INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION: The services listed according to the accommodation details selected at the time of booking, Spanish VAT (IVA) included. The sustainable tourist tax is not included.

You will also be expected to vacate your room at midday on departure day. This is particularly important to note if you have a late night flight, and you intend leaving the accommodation during the evening, or after midnight. If you arrive at the accommodation in the early hours of the morning and occupy your room straight away, this counts as your first night. On departure day however, you may have to wait a long period before leaving for the airport. Most hotels and apartments will allow you to keep on your room after midday, paying the corresponding supplement, but this will only be possible when rooms are available. In the event that it is not possible to keep on your room, there are usually facilities available for luggage storage until your departure, and a room where you may shower and change, however we suggest you check at the reception desk when you arrive. 
Alternatively, you may of course book an extra night’s accommodation, which will allow you to use your room right up until your departure. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

Except during the months of July and August, you may withdraw from the services requested or booked at any time, with the right to the return of the deposit paid provided the cancellation is made in writing up to 8 days before the date of arrival.

Should the cancellation be made within the 7 days prior to the arrival date the hotel company will retain the equivalent of cost of one night’s stay.

During July and August you may cancel your booking UP TO FIFTEEN DAYS before the arrival date without incurring any charge.  If the cancellation is received WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS before the arrival date you will forfeit the prepayment made.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED EITHER BY E-MAIL OR FAX.
